HOW OUR CRE SOLAR HVAC SYSTEM WORKS

Our CRE Solar HVAC System is an air-based system made up of both solar HVAC collectors as well as BIPV solar shingles. These components are installed onto your roof in a one-step installation process that can be completed in two days.

Once installed, the system begins to collect solar energy in the form of hot or cool air. This air is collected through a fresh air inlet just visible beneath the solar panels and shingles. The inlet allows in air, which then flows through the roof duct and into a forced-air circulation unit and air handling box. These units push the air down to the insulated concrete foundation of your home through a vertical duct, generating both electricity and hot water when needed. Should your needs exceed what this system generates, BIPV solar shingles act as a secondary system for additional electricity.
